I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I received the pizza frozen cold - not lukewarm or not hot, but literally freezing cold. The only explanation I can give is that the delivery man had a lot of deliveries so the pizza was out on the cold for a lot longer than usual. No big deal, right? Well, I called and they told me it wasn't their problem, that the only thing they could do is come back and get the pizza, but that they can't bring us a new pizza or anything. I asked to speak to the manager and they hung up on me. I kept calling back and they kept hanging up on me. Terrible experience and I will never, ever give them any of my money again.

Not the best, but certainly not bad. Delivery is fast and everything is relatively inexpensive. From my experience, you always know what you're getting with Amadeus Pizza (except I have never been adventurous enough to find out what the Strips of Fire are).

Was really disappointed. I got a mushroom pizza that was covered in flavorless cheese (so much so that you couldn't see if there was any sauce on the pizza - it looked like a white pizza) and canned white mushroom, plus the crust was very doughy and heavy... Ugh. Will not order from here again...

I love the cheeseburger with thick cut fries, and I get it a few times a month, very tasty and the delivery is fast, it's a dependable place that knows how to cook the food well and is consistent in what they put out.

I asked to have the pizza well-done so they sent me a pie that was virtually uncooked. When we called to ask them to redo the pizza, they said they would come back, get the pie, return to the restaurant and then bake it more. Are you kidding? It took an hour for them to deliver in the first place...so I should wait another hour for them to get it right? When I questioned the manager on it, they said that is how they do it. Well, they will be doing it without me as a customer! Too bad.

Don't trust their time estimates--says 25-40 minutes, I'm at 1 hour and 15 minutes and counting. They laughed at me when I called and said their estimate doesn't apply when its raining and would not let me cancel my order (also, while waiting on the phone I overheard 3 other calls of people complaining about the delay...).

prompt delivery according to the estimate // chicken tenders were good, worth ordering again // I ordered the pizza fries mostly to see exactly what they were. Turns out, it's exactly what you think. A tin full of fries covered in sauce and cheese. I found the sauce to make the fries a little soggy— not particularly worth ordering for a 2nd time.

I can't say much about the pizza from here, and I probably ordered the wrong way, but the barbeque chicken sandwich was borderline inedible. It was drenched in BBQ sauce and not particularly good. Also got an order of garlic knots thinking they'd be safe, but they were crazy oily, even for garlic knots.

I order from Amadeus all the time, as it is right around the corner from my office. The food is decent, but I typically only get sandwiches. My favorite is the Roast Turkey, which is slightly better quality than standard cold cuts. Overall, for the price you cannot go wrong.

Amadeus is my go-to pizza delivery. I am a huge fan of the Sicilian Slices, and I love the crispiness of the crust. The Strips of Fire were delicious and spicy, so I would recommend those as well, if spicy is your thing. The only reason I can't give 5-stars is that on 2 occasions I have ordered Garlic Knots and gotten Garlic Bread. These may have been late night orders, so I understand if the garlic Knots are gone at this point- but I would rather nothing than an unessecary order of garlic bread. I just want the knots!

What can i say about a delivery place that has such an expansive and consistently delicious menu!? I've ordered so many different items from Amadeus (the philly cheessteak wrap is my favorite) and without fail, they always deliver on time, at a great cost and best of all the food is delicious.

The pizza is pretty bad. The garlic knots are fun, but there's nothing special about this pizza. I've been told it's better if you cook it in the oven a little longer when you get it to bring the flavor out and crisp it up a bit.

I ordered the mexican Pizza from this spot...And although I felt like a hippo the next day (cause I ate too much myself and forgot to share) I really enjoyed it. It was a well crafted pizza. And for those of us who live in NYC you know that you can mess up Pizza...Amadeus apparently didn't get that message....

Horrible! HORRIBLE!! HOOORRRRIIIBLLLEEE!!!!!!! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries from them and go a mush of meat, wet and soggy bread, meat juice all over my fries and whittled lettuce and tomatoes. I was starving and disappointed!!

There was a minor mix-up with my delivery, and the delivery man was extremely rude about it. From the get-go on the phone he began screaming at me, and the cussing and yelling continued until I received my food. Then, to top it all off, the food was cold and mediocre at best. Dude, I know that your job sucks, but I am just hungry. Please do not take it out on me. I am never ordering from here again if this is how they treat their customers.

You simply cannot beat 5 bucks for 10 wings. You just can't. It's the greatest best kept secret in Manhattan. I won't even try Atomic because it costs twice as much for half as much. I mean, they're not the best wings in the world, but they do their job. They pack really good heat, chicken is always moist, and they're not over-breaded/fried. As for their pizza - well, their pizza left something to be desired. I got a simple cheese slice and it probably rated a 4/10 for me. Just edible - nothing remarkable, rubbery cheese, very small in size - a disappointment, really. Forgo the pizza and get some garlic knots. They're very garlicky so be warned, but they're the kind of thing that you'll want to get a few orders if there's more than one of you eating because they're addicting. Fast service too. Found my go-to wing hut.

This is my absolute favorite NYC pizza! I hate to see all the bad reviews...I know most people only review when they have a bad experience. The guys are great, the food is great and cheap. Worst pizza ever! Ordered a pepperoni with mushroom and tomato and the pizza arrived soggy, uncooked and flaccid. The pepperoni had been dropped on top after coming out of the oven and the mushrooms appeared fresh out of the can. Two Brothers for $1 a slice has this place beat. Keep scrolling and order from someone else.

I ordered a medium eggplant pizza. The sauce was tasteless. The cheese was thick, cold and lumpy. The eggplant was comprised of small breaded squares that seemed to be more placed on top of the pizza rather than baked onto the pie. Very disappointing.

The worst pizza ever. All these reviews you would think it would be at least eatable. Not even. You can tell the ingredients are cheap and old. Cheese was nasty. We were starving and eat 2 out of 8 slices and we both have stomach aches.

Greasy as anything, packed poorly - the only good thing I can say is that the prices are reasonable compared to other institutions ... but you feel your arteries clogging with all of the grease and oil. Way too much garlic on my garlic bread, which was supposed to be garlic knots - I'll let the shape slide but the taste didn't sit well.

At first I was impressed by the amount of food that was sent for one low cost order. But then by the 3rd dinner order they were sending me, things I had not ordered, and orders of steak fries made with rotten / spoiled potatoes and salad with unwashed sandy, gritty -- dirty lettuce / vegetables. If you are a fan of your food coming in a timely manner and it being tasty i would skip this place. It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive (even though seemless quoted 15 minutes) and once it did it was sub-standard. That said, if you are drunk on a saturday and desperate, have at it, it's open...though it's a close call.

I've ordered from Amadeus a few times and have always had a great experience. Today, they went above and beyond. I accidentally sent my food to my apt while i was at work. They not only remade my order so that it wouldn't be soggy, but also got it there insanely fast. The guys there are AWESOME!

I have been ordering from Amadeus for a while now, and they have never disappointed me! The portions are always big. I sometimes have enough for Lunch and Dinner! They are also VERY OUICK!! Today I ordered at 1:11pm, and I literally had my lunch at 1:22pm.... They are the best on Seamless!!!

Good food, at an affordable price. I got the breaded chicken and bacon hero, which was very good as well as a good sized portion (in-fact a little less than half I'm saving for lunch tomorrow). My girlfriend got the spinach and cheese calzone, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The onion rings could have been better, but they weren't terrible. I definitely recommend it for anyone who's looking for a good variety of food options at a great price.

amadeus is a great bang for its buck... super fast delivery, authentic italian, and super kind people. i love it. spaghetti with clam sauce comes with whole clams in a delicious garlic and oil sauce. nothing is too heavy and it always hits the spot. i'm happy to have found this gem.

We had spaghetti and meatballs and the portions were large and delicious/. We also ordered the chef's salad but this was more like a meat and cheese platter on top of a bed of lettuce! Salad was untouched, but we were stuffed full from smashing the delicious huge spag and meatball servings. Order speaghetti and meatballs. Don't order chef's salad.
